How we check the visa route
Owning a company does not automatically qualify someone for a residence visa. We first check the company type, ownership interest, valid licence and intended residence category. For investor and business-partner Green Residence, ICP lists proof of investment or contribution to a UAE business together with the necessary licences and approvals.
