About the programme
DSP provides a route to Vanuatu citizenship through a non-refundable contribution, subject to due diligence and source-of-funds checks. Permanent residence is not required. A spouse, dependent children and parents may be included subject to current eligibility rules; family composition and total costs are reviewed individually. Processing depends on documents, checks and government decisions. A Vanuatu passport does not provide visa-free entry to the Schengen Area or the United Kingdom.
